I attribute my success to the strong role models my parents provided. Their guidance, values, and example have shaped my work ethic and commitment, laying the foundation for the achievements I have realized today.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from two incredible mentors. Christine Barnhart guided me in my career development, helping me grow professionally and strategically. Denise Lentz encouraged me to pursue new opportunities, giving me the confidence to step outside my comfort zone and take on challenges that advanced my career.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are humility, trustworthiness, and strong ethics. I strive to uphold these principles in everything I do, guiding my decisions and interactions. In my personal life, I love spending time with my son—supporting him in soccer, attending his games and practices, and being actively involved in his extracurricular activities. Balancing these values at work and home helps me lead a purposeful and fulfilling life.
