Her Interview
Ten minutes with Amy
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The sky is the limit. The imposter syndrome is real, and it settles in, but if you surround yourself with people who understand and ask questions and pay attention, and you do the same. Being able to be introspective and vulnerable and trusting is key, and it's not easy, but it's worth it.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The ever-changing face of AI and technology is quite overwhelming. There's just so much to try and grasp, and then when the changes come it's an ongoing situation. It's about having a good team of people.
