She’s the founder and CEO of Custom Care Rehab, Ohio’s first mobile concierge physical therapy and wellness company, which brings high-level, personalized care directly to patients’ homes and virtually across the country.

Amy has built a thriving hybrid practice specializing in vestibular, concussion, and disease prevention rehabilitation—and now mentors other therapists who want to create freedom and impact through concierge and mobile practice models.

Through her popular YouTube channel, Treat Dizziness at Home, Amy has grown a community of over 18,000 subscribers worldwide, providing evidence-based vestibular guidance and education. She is also the author of The McMillin Method: How to Self-Treat Chronic Dizziness and PPPD, a practical workbook empowering patients to take control of their recovery.
