Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being diligent, focused, and goal-oriented. These are things that I always try to practice and keep active in my mind to keep going. No matter what happens, even if you have a bad day or you're not where you want to be, I just keep that in the back of my mind to keep going, because you never know what the future's going to bring you.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was something very simple: just keep going, because you never know what's coming forward, you never know what's on the next end of the road. Things are going to happen in life, change is always going to be constant, but you can't get down on yourself, and you can't pull the brakes. You have to always be pivoting and looking forward to things in life. I always just kind of keep that in the back of my mind - no matter what happens, even if you have a bad day or you're not where you want to be, just keep going, and you never know what the future's going to bring you.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to stay focused on your goals, remain determined even when challenges arise, and maintain a positive mindset. Consistency and resilience will carry you through obstacles, and your outlook can strongly influence both your growth and your success.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now center around AI technology and inflation. AI is rapidly transforming how work is done, creating both opportunities for greater efficiency and innovation, as well as challenges in adapting processes and upskilling teams to keep pace with change. At the same time, inflation continues to impact costs, pricing strategies, and overall business planning, requiring careful management and adaptability to maintain stability and growth.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I value being respectful, maintaining a positive attitude, and always being willing to lend a helping hand. I believe respect builds strong, trust-based relationships, a good attitude helps navigate challenges constructively, and offering support to others fosters collaboration and a sense of community.
