Amy is a seasoned commercial banking executive and strategic market leader with more than two decades of experience driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client outcomes across New York, New Jersey, and the Greater Philadelphia/Delaware region. As Senior Vice President and Performance Manager at Bank of America, she leads market performance across Central New Jersey and the Philadelphia/Delaware markets, coaching relationship managers to achieve their highest potential while advancing client experience, responsible growth, and long-term business success. Her leadership philosophy is centered on putting people first, fostering accountability, and building strong teams that consistently deliver results.
Throughout her career, Amy has built extensive expertise in commercial banking, commercial lending, wealth management, portfolio management, and business development. After beginning her professional journey with Wolf Management, she transitioned into commercial banking, serving in progressively senior relationship management and leadership roles with HSBC, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. Her ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution has enabled her to expand market share, cultivate trusted client relationships, and deliver holistic financial solutions across Commercial Banking, Merrill, and Private Bank segments. She is recognized for developing future leaders, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and creating high-performing cultures that drive sustainable growth.
Committed to continuous learning and leadership excellence, Amy is currently pursuing her MBA at Rutgers Business School and has completed Harvard Business School Online's Business Strategy certificate program. She also holds Moody's Commercial Credit Certification and serves as Chair of Business Development for the New Jersey Business Council while actively supporting the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey. Giving your job 100% means taking from something or someone else, so maintain balance and ensure family gets the most of you.

Time is too precious, capture moments with family as kids grow up fast, do not let work take from family.
