01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Observe and listen. Don't think that you know it all. Get out there and actually observe environments, listen to the workers. If you have passion, do it. There's no good way to start a nonprofit. You just do it. Learn as you go. Everything that has been so impactful I have winged it.
