Amy specializes in leveraging AI and insurtech solutions to improve analytics, retention, and revenue opportunities, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results while maintaining a servant-leadership approach rooted in integrity, consistency, and honesty.

Amy began her career in insurance through family ties and early claims experience, progressing from adjusting to sales, operations, and eventually founding her own agency. She has held director-level partner-success roles in high-growth Insurtech startups and has consistently focused on operational rigor, compliance, and scalable systems. Notable career highlights include building and scaling W-2 sales organizations, leading AI-enabled workflow adoption, and managing multimillion-dollar books of business with high retention and growth outcomes.

Educated at Florida State University in criminology and a Division I softball athlete, Amy also earned a law degree and applies her legal insight to guide operational and strategic decisions.
