About Ana

I've been working in digital marketing and SEO for 9 years now. I come from Spain originally - I was born in Alicante and got my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Alicante in 2013. After that, I moved to the United States and have been able to adapt quickly and find my place here, which I consider one of my most notable achievements. While my business administration degree set some basis for my career, I'd say passion and the ability to keep researching on your own and keep learning on your own have been crucial to my success. I'm part of the Women in Tech community, which is a community of women in digital marketing and SEO, and it's just amazing. I've been persistent in setting my goals and creating a plan and following the plan, despite the plan sometimes breaking. I keep trying every day, and that persistence has really driven my success.

Do what you love and follow your heart on what you like doing and spend your day working on. That's been the best career advice I've ever received.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell them to use the free information that's available on YouTube and other resources. Join communities, especially women communities that help each other and offer mentorship. And keep updated with the latest trends - it's so important in this field.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I'd say AI is the biggest challenge and opportunity right now. With the latest developments, it's changing so fast, so you need to be learning every day about it. But at the same time, it's good to be learning new things all the time - it's a super dynamic field.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Trust and transparency are my most important values. Trust is one of my main ones - it's fundamental to everything I do in both my work and personal life.
