Her Interview

Ten minutes with Ana

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to two things. One, Good SEO. Very important, otherwise that you're invisible. And number two, I have a gift for connecting to with people. And the first time I see them, I can read what they need. And I touch onto that, so they become my students, and they trust me, then they recommend me, they stay with me.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Find your ability, or ask other people what your abilities are, because sometimes it's not easy for us to know them. We need to ask. What do you see me doing? What am I good at? What have you noticed I really excel at without me even noticing? Because I didn't know I was good at it until somebody picked me.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is to rescue the human connection. Like, I don't want to get automated... Is to continue or preserve the human connection When somebody needs a service.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

To be congruent. Like, you think, you say, and you do the same. Another thing is authenticity. I think my being authentic is what really draws people to stay with me. Being congruent, and consistency. I don't do discipline, because I am not very disciplined, but I am consistent.
