About Ana
Ana Miranda Vazquez is a human resources and talent acquisition professional dedicated to helping individuals build meaningful careers while enabling organizations to attract and retain exceptional talent. As a Contract Recruiter and Consultant at Circle Medical, she leads full-cycle recruitment initiatives, partners with hiring leaders, and creates positive candidate experiences that align talent with organizational goals. Her people-first approach, combined with a strong foundation in healthcare and human resources, has earned her a reputation for building lasting relationships and fostering professional growth.
Before joining Circle Medical, Ana spent a decade with The Walt Disney Company, where she advanced through several roles before becoming an Associate Recruiter specializing in internal mobility and professional recruitment. She guided Cast Members and Imagineers through career transitions by providing resume reviews, interview coaching, and career development support while collaborating with recruiters, sourcing teams, and business leaders. She also contributed to the Military Fellow Program by helping transitioning service members translate their military experience into civilian career opportunities. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience in sales leadership, healthcare administration, retail management, and optical operations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on workforce development and business operations.
Ana holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Valencia College and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida. She is an active member of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc. and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and supports organizations including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Give Kids The World. A first-generation Cuban-American, Ana credits her parents for instilling the values of family, perseverance, integrity, and humility. Through her work in recruitment, mentorship, and talent development, she remains committed to empowering people, strengthening workplace cultures, and creating opportunities that help individuals and organizations thrive together.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my parents. As a first-generation Cuban-American, I was inspired by their resilience and determination as they came to this country at a young age and built a life through hard work and perseverance. They instilled in me the values of family, passion, and drive, which continue to guide both my personal and professional life. I believe success comes from honoring those who support you, pursuing what you love with purpose, and having the determination to create opportunities and achieve your goals.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Just because something ends does not mean it's the end. Whether it's a project or a role you thought you'd be in forever, it's just lining you up for what's next. Never look at something ending as the end but as the opportunity that something new is about to start.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never be afraid to pull a chair at a table that doesn't want you. Break down those doors and let them know that you have a voice that comes with experience or knowledge. Be a part of the conversations. Don't be afraid to chime in just because you might be the minority in that room as a woman.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Massive layoffs in every company reducing the workforce for recruiters, making it hard to find opportunities. But companies eventually come around and there's always opportunity to find a new place to do recruitment.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is the value that matters most to me, both professionally and personally. It reflects who I am and how I choose to treat others. Without integrity, it's difficult to build trust, foster meaningful relationships, or navigate life's challenges with confidence. I also believe in staying humble and remembering that everything we have can change in an instant. Humility keeps me grounded, grateful, and focused on what truly matters.
