About Ana

I've always been searching for my happiness in my work. It's not because I'm working to pay the bills or because somebody else is telling me to do it. I want to be productive, really productive for society. The big deal here is to treat everyone as a client, internal or external customer. It doesn't matter, it's a person, it's a human that I'm treating, and the products that we are giving to the world are the best. The main reason why I came back to work is because I want to be productive, but I was blessed having one of the best companies hire me. This is a Japanese company, and they have a product that is environmentally friendly because they eliminate the SF6 gas that is contaminating the air and causing global warming. I'm very proud to work for this Japanese company, not only because I'm learning more about the rhythm of Japanese working, which is very good, but I know that my talents are very well used in this company. I really love what I do, and if you love what you do, you have pretty much 90% of your good time at work. I have a son, and I want to give the best example to my son by working, studying, and leading with the example. That's my purpose.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Faith is central to everything I do. I talk to God every minute, saying thanks because He knows more than me what I need. I believe in treating everyone as a human being, whether they're an internal or external customer. I want to be productive for society, not just working to pay the bills. I believe in leading by example, especially for my son. I want to give the best example by working, studying, and showing him what it means to work hard. I also believe in the power that women have. God gave us the miracle of life in our hands, and I think we need more visibility and recognition for what we bring to the world. I try to make people's days better, even when they're having a hard time. I share my culture, bring Colombian food to my peers, and try to help others in their work. My purpose is to be productive and to use my talents well.
