Her Interview
Ten minutes with Ana
01What do you attribute your success to?
My deep faith in God has been the foundation of my success. I have a small family and they are supportive but don't fully understand my work, so my grounded faith in God leads me through challenges.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't be a robot. When given a task, learn why you're doing it rather than just completing it because your boss asked. This advice from my chief human resource officer has impacted how I approach my work and explain processes to others.
