Ana Sierra is a Financial Advisor with First Financial Group in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she helps individuals, families, and business owners build financial security, create lasting legacies, and achieve long-term financial freedom. Before transitioning into financial services, Sierra built a successful career as an entrepreneur after relocating to the United States from Honduras in 2015. She launched multiple business ventures, including baking and import businesses, while leveraging the analytical foundation she gained from earning a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC) in 2006. She began her finance career with Fidelity Investments in 2023 before joining First Financial Group, where she quickly advanced into her role as a financial advisor. Sierra holds numerous professional licenses, including the Series 7, Series 66, Series 6, SIE, Series 63, and Life, Health, and Annuities Insurance licenses.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I am relentless. I don't stop. I love connecting with people. I want to change for the better, battling scarcity mindset and analysis paralysis through reading and learning.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Just don't stop. I know that you can do it. You don't have to stop overthinking about it. Just go. Just do it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Not because you're a woman means that you are less... You are worth everything. Don't let anybody stop you on your dreams. Just go for it. You can do it. Be clear on your goals.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is the best policy. Peace - everything I do, I do it creating peace. And kindness. No judgment at all. It's all about pure kindness.
