About Ana

Ana Tolkachova is the founder of Design Your Demand, where she specializes in building client acquisition systems that help coaches, consultants, and other expert-led businesses generate consistent, scalable growth. Combining strategic marketing, sales automation, and AI-powered workflows, she designs customized systems that enable clients to attract qualified leads, streamline their sales processes, and reduce their reliance on constant content creation or founder-driven selling. With more than a decade of experience in technology sales leadership, Ana has built high-performing sales teams and revenue-generating systems from the ground up, contributing to organizations that achieved as much as 360 percent year-over-year growth.
In addition to her extensive background in business development and revenue leadership, Ana is an ICF-accredited life coach and holds certification through Russell Brunson's ClickFunnels program. She integrates proven sales infrastructure, marketing systems, automation, and artificial intelligence with coaching methodologies that emphasize mindset, clarity, and strategic decision-making. Her educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Alliance Manchester Business School, as well as a Master Qualifying Programme at Bellerbys Global with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, Law, and Economics.

Ana attributes her success to the strong foundation she built in technology sales and her unwavering commitment to integrity, authentic relationships, and creating win-win outcomes for every client. She believes sustainable business growth is achieved by aligning effective systems with genuine human connection rather than relying on short-term tactics. Her advice to professionals is to trust their inner voice, remain committed to their vision, and continue making consistent progress despite external opinions or temporary setbacks, knowing that long-term success is built through resilience, strategy, and purposeful action.

Ten minutes with Ana

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the combination of my experience, continuous learning, and ability to build and lead high-performing teams. My background in technology sales, where I successfully built sales teams from the ground up and achieved 360% year-over-year growth, provided me with a strong strategic and leadership foundation. Complementing that experience with my ICF coaching accreditation and ClickFunnels certification has given me a unique perspective that blends leadership, coaching, and marketing, enabling me to help individuals and businesses achieve meaningful, measurable results.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received came from a company founder who told me that even if I wasn't yet at the level I aspired to reach, what truly mattered was the speed of my growth and my determination to keep improving. He emphasized that if I maintained that trajectory with consistency and focus, I would ultimately surpass those who were standing still. That advice has stayed with me as a reminder that continuous progress and perseverance are more valuable than immediate perfection.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to avoid placing too much weight on other people's opinions and instead learn to trust your own inner voice. Take the time to develop confidence in your instincts and listen to what feels right for you. While seeking guidance and learning from others is important, the most meaningful breakthroughs often come from having the courage to follow your own vision—even when others believe it's unconventional or impossible. Trust yourself, stay resilient, and don't be afraid to chart your own path.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field is the rapid advancement of automation and artificial intelligence. These technologies enable modern business owners to streamline repetitive and time-consuming tasks, allowing them to focus on higher-value activities such as strategic planning, innovation, and building meaningful client relationships. Those who embrace AI thoughtfully will be better positioned to increase efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and scale their businesses while preserving the human connection that drives long-term success.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me in both my professional and personal life are integrity and a commitment to creating win-win outcomes. I believe in doing what is right, even when it means walking away from opportunities or sacrificing short-term gains. Maintaining my integrity is non-negotiable, and I strive to approach every relationship and decision with honesty, fairness, and mutual respect, ensuring that everyone involved has the opportunity to succeed.
