I am a customer service and sales professional with over two decades of experience in the insurance and telecommunications industries, currently serving as Customer Service Supervisor at GEICO, a role I have held since July 2021, where I supervise and mentor a high-performing customer service team to achieve department goals and exceed customer satisfaction targets, deliver coaching and performance feedback to support employee growth, lead initiatives focused on operational excellence and process improvement, and act as a SOMOS Supervisor promoting engagement, inclusivity, and professional development.

Prior to this role, I served as Customer Service Agent at Allstate for five years, where I provided exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, policy updates, and billing support, resolved complex issues efficiently, processed insurance claims and account changes, and consistently exceeded performance goals for call resolution time and customer feedback ratings. Earlier in my career, I spent thirteen years at AT&T as a Sales Agent, where I built and maintained long-term customer relationships, achieved and surpassed monthly and annual sales targets, provided tailored product recommendations, managed billing and account setup, and trained new hires through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Houston Community College.
