01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being genuinely invested in people. I enjoy getting to know candidates beyond their resumes and understanding what they’re looking for in their careers. I’m always looking for ways to improve, and I see every challenge as a chance to grow.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Focus on building trust, not just achieving results. Skills can be learned, but people remember how reliable, honest, and professional you are.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I’d encourage young women to believe in their abilities and not be intimidated by challenges. Recruitment is a relationship-driven field where empathy, communication, and resilience make a huge difference. Stay curious, keep learning, and always treat candidates and clients with respect—your reputation and professionalism will open many doors.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
With the current climate surrounding international hiring, placements have become more challenging. It has reinforced the importance of building strong relationships, understanding cultural nuances, and staying adaptable throughout the recruitment process.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, integrity, and kindness are at the core of who I am. I believe that showing kindness and empathy to others is important because everyone is fighting battles we can’t always see. At the end of the day, we’re all human, and the way we treat others leaves a lasting impression.
