About Ana
She is a nonprofit executive, sustainability strategist, and fundraising/organizational development consultant. She is the Founder & CEO of Magnify Fund, where she helps nonprofits and social-impact organizations with strategic planning, fundraising, grant writing, restructuring, leadership development, and sustainability. She has also held senior nonprofit leadership roles, including President & CEO of Esperanza, Inc. and VP of Development at YWCA Greater Cleveland, along with multiple board positions. Her background combines nonprofit management, sustainable development, fundraising, community development, and executive leadership, with a BS in Sustainable Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and executive/leadership training from Chicago Booth.
