Her Story

About Analia

Analia Wheeler brings nearly 15 years of expertise in change management and transformation, specializing in systems and technology implementations. After attending art school in Italy with a focus on fashion merchandising, she gained early business experience operating frozen yogurt franchises and creating employee training programs. This foundation led to her first role in HR transformation at a Ford dealership, followed by work with Oracle Cloud and ERP systems. Wheeler has partnered with executive teams to bridge frontline and leadership perspectives, ensuring effective communication, tool adoption, and risk mitigation during large-scale changes. Her notable achievement includes leading the company-wide rollout of the WorkJam application at JCPenney Corporate, serving over 55,000 employees across 300 stores with an 80 percent adoption rate. She holds ProSci, CCMP, CMHR, and organizational design certifications, as well as completing the Transformational Leadership Executive program at Southern Methodist University in 2019. Wheeler is active in the ProSci community and serves on a board supporting Latino professionals, and she has volunteered with a foster home in Mexico since 2016.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Analia

01What do you attribute your success to?

Belief in myself. That's the biggest thing. I believe that anything is possible, that's like my mantra for life. And I believe that anybody can achieve whatever their hearts and their minds desire. And so I just have a really deep belief in who I am, and I never stop growing. I can always learn from someone or something, or a book. I also believe in opportunities, so that's just kind of how I see the world in general.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

You have to ask for what you want, and if you don't open your mouth and say what you want, you're never gonna get what you want. Also, be yourself and showcase your skill set, and never be ashamed of it, and always know that there's room for me in the table. We can do anything as women.
