My advice to young women entering this industry is to remember that the work will be demanding but deeply meaningful—take breaks when you need them, stay consistent, and never lose sight of the fact that what you do truly matters to someone.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In work and personal life, I look to God to further my endeavors.
