My advice to young women entering my industry is to remember that “no” doesn’t always mean never—it can mean “not right now.” Be mindful of imposter syndrome and seek out mentors to guide you.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are authenticity, inclusivity, and taking care of people. I also enjoy traveling, running, reading, and spending quality time with my two children.
