She is a seasoned IT compliance and technology risk executive with over a decade of experience leading enterprise governance, IT SOX, third-party cyber risk, and access governance programs across global organizations. Currently serving as Director of IT Compliance at Tapestry, she leads enterprise IT compliance and technology risk programs, partnering with business, technology, audit, and security leaders to strengthen governance, improve control maturity, and manage technology risk across a global organization. Prior to this role, she served as IT Regulatory & Compliance at Transamerica, where she assessed IT control maturity and led the remediation roadmap across more than 200 application and process owners. Her career includes serving as Manager in IT Risk Transformation at EY, advising Fortune 500 organizations across retail, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, media, and manufacturing, and as Senior Associate in SAP Security & GRC at PwC, and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. She holds an MS in Engineering Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering. She is recognized as a strategic, results-driven, and collaborative leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to enable informed risk decisions and build practical, sustainable compliance programs.
