Her Interview

Ten minutes with Anayza

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would call myself a very visionary person who would see not just the issue, but what I wanted to bring to the table is the solution. I like to dissect ideas and see what solution can I bring in. I'm a very visionary person, and also very persistent, and I really like what I do.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be open, keep a life-work balance, stay curious, ask questions, be open to learn in a lot of different ways, don't be hesitant to learn new things, be adaptable. In our industry, things are just shifting so quickly that if we don't adopt we can't be successful in our career.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI is coming faster than anybody would like to. We need to start learning. AI cannot replace human, but we need to be changing strategy, how to work with the AI. Adaptation is very interesting... we have to adapt into the AI world... There should be some kind of boundaries around it, or how do we use it?

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Never hesitant to ask questions. Stay curious. If you're not passionate about anything, any role, you can't give your best. You have to make sure something that you really love, because you're gonna be spending a lot of time doing it. You have to love what you do.
