Her Story
About Andi
Andi Michelle entered the home remodeling industry in 2026 after graduating from school, where she had studied art. Prior to this, she worked in the car business selling luxury vehicles at Audi Fletcher Jones and obtained a real estate license, though she ultimately sought a path that better aligned with her creative interests in fix-and-flip projects and space transformation. She now serves in a sales capacity for a home remodeling and construction company that has been in operation for over 25 years, focusing on building relationships with architects and designers while preparing for a transition to Los Angeles. There, she will work from the company's new Palisades office, gaining hands-on experience with ground-up custom builds and fire rebuilds to guide clients through projects from start to finish. Her approach emphasizes authenticity and integrity in all professional interactions.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Just stick it out when it gets hard and do what you really love and what lights you up as opposed to just what makes you money. Work hard for a certain amount of time necessary putting in the work so you can build something that can give you freedom later on. You can't avoid the hard work but you can use it as leverage to get where you want to go.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you're putting in the hard work, you're planting those seeds and it's going to pay off. Just keep going through the hard times like any rejection or anything you experience because there will be getting on the other side of it. The biggest thing is just not giving up before the results come.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I'm an honest person almost to a fault. I really value authenticity and I can feel if someone's being authentic or not. I resonate more with people who have authenticity in their approach in their communication and operate with integrity because it just feels aligned.
