Her Story

About Andie

I'm really driven by the values of growth and service. I love to be a part of the evolutionary process of whether it's a human being, or a team, or an organization. I just love being a catalyst for growth and opportunity. That's the through line, whether that's sitting across from a client or building an organization. I love to empower human beings to evolve and to go on a healing and a growth journey. I'm epically curious about human beings and why people do what they do. The more that you understand about how certain behaviors or certain symptoms come to be, it helps with just having empathy for the human condition and understanding why the world is the way that it is. I think it helps me make sense of things and also have a sense of empathy for humans, because there's just so much that everybody has in their story that if we all really knew, I think we would just have so much more empathy for one another. I feel very lucky. I definitely feel like one of those people that found the thing that I absolutely love to do. I really can say that I love what I do. I love the team that I build around me and the people that I get to do this really amazing work with.
