Andjela Kessler founded Incentive Travel and Meetings in Atlanta, Georgia, after a career in journalism that included serving as senior editor of Adweek magazine and contributing to CNN. Her transition to the travel industry began when she interviewed professionals about unique marketing strategies and recognized the potential of using exceptional travel experiences to motivate corporate performance and client engagement. With over 20 years in the field, she has built a company that handles both large-scale corporate incentive travel programs and individual travel bookings, drawing on her master's degree in journalism and mass communication to enhance client communications, speeches, and motivational materials. Kessler's first major client was Coca-Cola, secured through her prior professional connections. She has been actively involved in industry organizations, serving on the board of the Society of Incentive Travel Executives for many years and participating with Meeting Planners International. Outside her professional work, she values integrity above all and attributes her success to God-given talent, while pursuing personal interests in skiing and hiking. She also authored the commercially successful theater play Radical Love, which is in development as a film.
