Her leadership journey includes a transformative role as Chief People Officer at Rent the Runway, where she masterfully orchestrated workforce strategies for a diverse team spanning corporate, warehouse, and customer experience divisions.

With a remarkable career that includes over a decade at McKinsey & Company as a distinguished leader in the Organization practice, she has developed deep expertise in revolutionizing how organizations function and thrive. Her extensive knowledge encompasses critical areas such as organizational design, hybrid-virtual working models, cultural transformation, leadership effectiveness, capability development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, change management, and strategic communications.

Her passion for education and development traces back to her roots in Teach for America, where she taught high school mathematics, and her instrumental role in the growth of Harlem Village Academies charter schools. This commitment to education is further reflected in her academic achievements, holding a Bachelor's degree in strategic management from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Driven by a desire to create lasting impact, she continues to serve her community through board positions with Teach for America Houston and the Buffalo Bayou Partnership.
