Andrea Bowers is a Supervisor at Envision Healthcare, where she has worked since December 2021. With 16 years of experience in the medical billing field, Andrea has built a career rooted in dedication, leadership, and a commitment to serving patients and healthcare professionals. She began her career at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in the Patient Access Department, where she gained experience in registration, insurance verification, Medicaid assistance, and financial aid before transitioning into emergency room billing and eventually specializing in anesthesia billing.

Today, Andrea oversees anesthesia billing and claims for practices and anesthesiologists across multiple states, including Arizona, Texas, New Jersey, Florida, and Tennessee. Her areas of specialization include leadership, medical billing, claims management, and anesthesia billing. She attributes her professional success to her strong drive, work ethic, perseverance, and the support of her family. Inspired by her mother's example of hard work, Andrea has continued to pursue opportunities for growth while encouraging others to never give up and to keep learning throughout their careers.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and grandson. She also loves cooking, spending time outdoors with her dog, and enjoying meaningful moments with her family.
