Her Interview

Ten minutes with Andrea

01What do you attribute your success to?

I contribute my success to my mother.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Seek outside resources for guidance and mentorship, though in reality not a lot of people want to help others so sometimes people are at a disadvantage without that support.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The economy is the biggest challenge; business was booming before COVID but now it's okay but not the same, and people are not engaging as much in health and well-being due to unknowns.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Treating people honest and fair, being ambitious, respectful, and making sure people feel appreciated.
