Andrea De Corte

I currently serve as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness at EuroLine Steel Windows and Doors, a position I've held for 2 months. Before joining EuroLine, I spent 20 years at Simpson Manufacturing, also in the manufacturing sector. In my current role, I oversee the human resources function and focus heavily on organizational effectiveness, working on efficiencies and scalability. I'm responsible for putting in strategy and defining strategy so that we can scale and grow to meet our goals. I lead a team of two HR professionals and serve on the executive leadership team. My position does not require travel, which is a nice change from my previous role.
