Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The challenges we face are both internal and external, and the external challenges are probably greater than the internal challenges today. We've got AI, which is disrupting all of consulting from top to bottom. We have price sensitivity from our clients, where clients are expecting a competitive price, but they need to see results, and we have to move quickly. Historically, consulting has been all about providing advisory and typically staff to help supplement a company, staff augmentation. That's no longer needed with AI. And so, fundamentally, the business model has to change. And that's what we're trying to solve for. And it's not an easy problem, no one has solved for this yet. My day-to-day challenge is coming up with hypotheses of here's what we think we can do to solve this problem. And we test it. We think we're gonna run this type of a project, or we want to work with this type of technology. We'll run it for a short period of time, which we defined, so maybe it's 3 months. We look for adoption, and the client satisfied, we were able to provide the outcome we looked for. And then we decide, can we do it again? And does it keep our business sustainable? It's truly evolving the consulting business model from the ground up.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are leadership, mentorship, and the courage to embrace challenges. I strive to make a meaningful difference every day, guiding others to grow and succeed while continuously pushing myself to innovate and contribute at the highest level. Integrity, impact, and a commitment to helping others achieve their potential are at the core of everything I do.
