About Andrea
I am prior military, served as a military police officer, one of 12 kids from a big family. After military service and starting a family, I went back to school, worked one to two jobs while carrying a full-time load and raising kids, got my degree in finance from McCoy Business School. I've been in the insurance industry since 2014, working as an advising consultant at NFP where I bring in new clients, guide strategies, manage accounts, coach teams, and help with benefits and funding strategies.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to ask questions and to push the envelope because that is where innovation and insights are going to come from. Be present and definitely have a voice and be confident along the way.
