Her Interview
Ten minutes with Andrea
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to investing in myself through continuing education, finding new challenges, and being willing to switch industries without fear of change. I believe change is always great, and that's why I am where I am today. Keeping investing in yourself is the main thing.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be persistent and don't give up. When I started, insights was seen more as just analytical, but now it's a stakeholder and partner with other teams. We have a space in the decisions. Don't think AI is going to take your position. You have value, and it's important to have the human in the loop.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is the most important thing for me. You need to be honest with your partners and stakeholders. Being a hard worker, respectful, and inclusive. Everyone has a different opinion, and we need to be open to hear and listen and learn from each other.
