01What do you attribute your success to?

I've had a chiropractor tell me a long time ago, I always persevere. I believe in yourself, because sometimes I don't, but yeah, I always persevere.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Take the risk. I wish I'd taken some risks when I was younger, and I did not. I would take the risk. If you… if your gut's telling you to do it, do it.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Just the right fit, because there's so many personalities at this particular job. That you have to maneuver different personalities, you have to know what you can say to who. ... Get to know people's personalities, and who you can joke with, who you can't.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Communication, honesty, trust, relationship and communication is the key to end your relationship as well and camaraderie.
