Andrea Gutierrez

Andrea Gutierrez is an operations and service management professional with 8 years of experience in the security industry. She began her career at Everon as a dispatcher and advanced through leadership roles, ultimately serving as business support manager. In 2025, she transitioned to the energy sector, joining United Uptime Services as Operations Support Manager, where she leads a national team of women supporting dispatch and billing operations for branches across the country. Gutierrez is deeply committed to empowering women in leadership positions within male-dominated industries. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Human Resource Management from Grand Canyon University. Beyond her professional work, she serves as chair of the board for the Best Buddies nonprofit, which assists individuals with intellectual disabilities, and she has received the 25 on the Rise Leadership Award from the Security Industry Association in 2024 as well as recognition as a Superwoman of Albuquerque and Difference Maker from Albuquerque the Magazine in May 2025.
