About Andrea
Andrea Hall is a financial consultant based in San Diego, California. With over five years of experience in the finance industry, she has worked with top firms including TD Ameritrade and New York Life. Hall holds her Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and is currently studying for her Series 66. She contributes to the senior market by delivering talks on long-term care at senior facilities around San Diego. Inspired by her father's experience with Alzheimer's, Hall serves as a community leader for the Alzheimer's Association. She organizes Natural Healing Retreat events that provide wellness activities such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, dance classes, color therapy, and cooking classes to seniors and their families. Hall also leads hikes that raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association, helping to bridge the gap in wellness opportunities for the senior community.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Try your best to figure out what it is that you really like while growing up and going through life. Realize that while building your career there will be times you might feel like you suddenly don't like it anymore or get burned out. Remember why you liked it in the beginning. A break is not failure, it's resetting.
