Andrea Hendrickson is a seasoned Corporate Accounts Manager at Diversey, a Solenis Company, with over two decades of leadership experience in the biotech, food safety, nutraceutical, and environmental industries. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for driving strategic partnerships, managing global key accounts, and delivering commercial growth across complex sectors. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from New Mexico State University and an MBA from Quincy University, equipping her with both technical knowledge and sharp business acumen. Her professional credentials also include PCQI Certification, SQF Internal Auditor training, and extensive experience in implementing food safety and quality systems.
Before joining Diversey, Andrea held impactful roles at PerkinElmer, Eurofins, 3M, and Mérieux NutriSciences, where she led large-scale business development efforts, negotiated international supply agreements, and helped shape innovative solutions for clients in food safety and quality assurance. Beyond her career, Andrea is a dedicated volunteer with the Johnson County Animal Response Team and a passionate advocate for animal welfare. She lives in Iowa City with her family, enjoys fitness and boating, and takes pride in supporting her daughter, a student at Iowa State University.
