Her Story
About Andrea
Andrea Isaacs is the Founder and CEO of the Life Mastery Institute and is widely known as a “Master of Change.” With more than three decades of experience in emotional and life mastery, coaching, training, and speaking, she empowers entrepreneurs, coaches, leaders, and visionaries to overcome limiting beliefs and create meaningful, lasting transformation. Her work integrates emotional mastery, neuroscience, embodiment, quality communication, and the Enneagram to help people live fully, love deeply, and lead boldly.
Andrea’s professional journey began as a modern dancer, choreographer, and artistic director, where she developed a deep understanding of how emotions can be expressed and experienced through the body. After a career-ending injury, she discovered the Enneagram and began exploring how its personality patterns could be understood through movement and embodiment. This led her to create EnneaMotion in 1994, an experiential approach that combines movement, emotion, and the Enneagram. Her innovative work earned her recognition as a founding faculty member of the Enneagram Institute’s Professional Training Program, and she has since taught and spoken in more than 30 countries.
Today, Andrea focuses on helping people transform the emotional and behavioral patterns that keep them from fully expressing their potential. Through her Emotional Mastery work, ShadowWork, Somatic Focusing, and the EQ Quiz, she helps clients recognize their strengths, shift limiting emotional patterns, and develop greater confidence and self-awareness. Her personal journey of overcoming shyness and adversity deeply informs her approach, while her persistence, tenacity, and belief in human potential continue to drive her mission. Through the Life Mastery Institute and The Empowered Show, Andrea remains committed to helping people reclaim their power, embody meaningful change, and become fully who they are.

Ten minutes with Andrea
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence and tenacity. I believe in this work with every cell of my being, and after traveling to more than 30 countries teaching it, I have witnessed the pain so many people carry. This work is more than a passion—it is a calling, and I am committed to sharing this message and creating meaningful change.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I want young women entering my industry to know that they matter. Their opinions, ideas, thoughts, and feelings are valuable, so I encourage them to speak up and make their voices heard. It takes strength and courage, but once you find your voice, your confidence will naturally grow.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field is adapting to how rapidly the world is changing, particularly with the growth of AI and new technologies. At the same time, finding the right people who are genuinely committed to this work can be challenging because it requires emotional openness and a willingness to explore deeper feelings.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The ability to transform my emotions in the moment is one of the most important values in both my work and personal life. It helps me respond thoughtfully rather than reactively, whether I am navigating a business challenge or a difficult moment with friends or family. Learning how to shift emotions and create new neural pathways has shown me that meaningful change can happen instantly.
