Andrea is a graduate of the University of Florida and has developed a strong reputation for connecting professionals, creating strategic partnerships, and delivering high-impact engagement opportunities within the insurance claims industry.
She is the owner of Morin Marketing & Events, a company she founded over 10 years ago and transitioned into a full-time business approximately six months ago. Through her firm, Andrea provides business development consulting, marketing strategy, and corporate event planning services tailored to clients in the insurance claims space. Her work focuses on helping organizations strengthen visibility, expand their networks, and create meaningful opportunities for collaboration and growth across the industry.
In addition to her business leadership, Andrea is actively involved in industry organizations and professional development initiatives. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the guidance and support of my father, who instilled in me strong values, discipline, and perseverance, as well as the many great mentors, I’ve been fortunate to learn from throughout my career. Their examples and encouragement helped shape my work ethic, decision-making, and leadership style. Just as importantly, I’ve always maintained a mindset of curiosity never hesitating to ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously learn. This combination of strong role models and a commitment to lifelong learning has been central to my growth and accomplishments.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to not be afraid to explore opportunities and stay open to different paths. There are so many areas within any field to try, and if one direction doesn’t feel like the right fit, it’s okay to pivot and explore another. Growth often comes from trying new roles, asking questions, and being willing to step outside your comfort zone. Stay curious, trust your abilities, and allow yourself the flexibility to learn what truly aligns with your strengths and interests.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values I hold in my work and personal life are striving to be the best I can be in everything I do, maintaining honesty and integrity, and valuing myself while staying grounded in strong moral principles. I believe that doing my work with excellence, being truthful in all interactions, and respecting my own worth and boundaries are essential to building trust, personal growth, and meaningful success.
