She has led operational excellence, clinical outcomes, informatics, and strategic initiatives, combining healthcare expertise with strong leadership and business acumen. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from NYU and an MBA from Hofstra University. In 2026, she transitioned to pursuing her abstract art practice full-time as the founder of A.K. Papson Artworks.
