Her Interview
Ten minutes with Andrea
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being driven, results-oriented, and dependable. I take ownership of my responsibilities, follow through on my commitments, and stay focused on delivering results. A CEO client once told me I was someone he could contact once and trust that the issue would be handled, which reflects the reliability and accountability I bring to my work.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is, “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.” I first heard it from my husband when I was 22, and decades later, a new boss shared the same lesson. It taught me the importance of diversification, adaptability, and staying open to multiple opportunities.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the workforce is to work hard, stay humble, and never assume you are entitled to success. Respect those who came before you, keep your word, treat everyone with respect, and always follow through. Over time, consistency, integrity, and a willingness to learn will build a strong reputation and set you apart.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field is being part of an innovative, flexible, and client-focused organization that embraces technology and growth. At the same time, generative AI is creating challenges as clients expect it to reduce costs, while effective implementation can be complex. I believe that despite technological changes, trust, integrity, accountability, and strong relationships will continue to be key differentiators.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are integrity, honesty, and loyalty. In my professional life, I also value hard work, accountability, and reliability. I believe credibility is earned by keeping your word, taking responsibility, and consistently following through on your commitments.
