01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I feel also that I placed myself out there for them to see it. Do you believe in yourself? We want to place ourselves out there with the skill set that we know we have. I would also ask them to expand their skill set. Perfecting your skill set before moving over to the next one. Not to give up. Make sure that your heart aligns with your profession.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
There is so much room within public health, whether it be graphic design, grant writing, or face-to-face interactions with VHWs. Make sure that your heart aligns with your profession.
