01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to learning from everyone else like GMs, AGMs or managers. I follow the path of people that really know, who are prepared. I ask them 'how do you do this? I'm impressed by how you do this, so teach me how to do it.'

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Treat every guest as I would like to be treated.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Just believe in yourself. Follow your dreams, and just try to do what you feel that is good for you.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is sometimes co-workers are not so helpful and challenging, but you can recognize their strengths and weaknesses and teach them to improve their skills. Younger people sometimes don't see the future beyond their nose, but you can teach them what they need to do to advance.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Always be kind, be loyal to the guest, give them what they need and want. A happy guest, happy life.
