My success comes from my upbringing which wasn't the best, motivating me to become a better version of myself for my future and family. My sister has been a key source of motivation through positive talks and encouragement to keep pushing forward.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice is to keep going whether you have good or bad days because one bad day doesn't make a bad future. Stay positive, everything happens for a reason, and you're exactly where you're supposed to be.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't give up and don't be intimidated even if surrounded by mostly men. We can do it as well as men can, we're just as strong and intelligent and have a lot to give and prove. Keep pushing because there's room for us.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges are the amount of experience required or the requirements like a certain degree, time in the job, or background needed.
