What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never be limited by the listed requirements of a position—go for it anyway. Take risks, trust in your abilities, and embrace opportunities even if they feel challenging. Growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and simultaneously an opportunity—in my field right now is time management. Effectively prioritizing tasks and balancing competing demands is crucial, and mastering this skill can significantly enhance productivity and career growth.
