With nearly three decades of industry expertise, including an impressive 20-year tenure at R&M, Andrea has established herself as a cornerstone of marketing excellence in Alaska's professional services landscape.

As a strategic visionary, Andrea brings unparalleled expertise to the business side of professional services, masterfully orchestrating marketing strategies, conducting comprehensive market research, crafting compelling communications, and spearheading proposal development. Her academic foundation in Marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage, coupled with her groundbreaking achievement as Alaska's first Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) in 2001, showcases her commitment to excellence. Her dedication and expertise were further recognized when she achieved the prestigious status of Fellow in 2021.

Andrea's leadership extends far beyond her corporate role. As a catalyst for professional growth in her community, she played a pivotal role in establishing the local SMPS chapter in 2011. Her exceptional leadership abilities earned her the distinguished Society's Chapter President of the Year award in 2014, and she continues to shape the industry's future as an at-large director on the SMPS Society Board of Directors.

Her influence reached new heights when she served as Co-Chair for the SMPS Pacific Regional Conference in 2016 and 2017, successfully bringing this prestigious event to Anchorage. Andrea's commitment to professional development and community service is further demonstrated through her active involvement on the UAA College of Business and Public Policy Advisory Board, her leadership in QBS initiatives for the local American Council of Engineering Companies chapter, and her membership in the Anchorage Rotary Club.
