I attribute my success to having values, principles, and integrity in both my job and personal life. I believe that when you have these core values and principles, and you maintain integrity in everything you do, you're on the right path. There's nothing that can take that away from you. I also believe in being yourself and doing the best you can. You can have people who inspire you, but you need to be yourself and not try to be like someone else, because everyone has a different background, different opportunities, and different education. Just be yourself, do your thing, and when you have values and integrity, you're going to do great.

My message to young people entering the industry is that you're going to be okay, everything is going to be okay. The only thing you need to do is put in your effort, set your priorities, and focus on what you're doing, and you're going to find a way. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't know something. It's good to have people who inspire you, but you need to be yourself. Don't try to be like someone else, because they have a different background, different opportunities, and different education. You have your own capacity and talents. Just be yourself and do the best you can. When you have values, principles, and integrity in your job and personal life, you're doing great and you're on the right path. Work hard and be prepared.
