Neenah, WI 54956

Andrea Van Dyn Hoven is a healthcare and business development professional with nearly two decades of experience serving older adults in long-term care, rehabilitation, and wellness settings. Based in Wisconsin, she currently serves as Director of Business Development for Morton Long-Term Care Pharmacy and Morton Safety, where she focuses on building relationships, supporting care communities, and connecting organizations with resources that improve safety and quality of life. Her people-first approach and passion for helping others have made her a trusted advocate for older adults and those who care for them.

Andrea began her career as a licensed physical therapist assistant after earning her associate degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2008. Over the years, she has worked across skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, and senior care navigation, including leadership roles with Powerback Rehab and CarePatrol of the Fox Cities. Her clinical background, combined with her natural strength in relationship building, led her into business development, where she now helps bridge the gap between healthcare services, families, and providers.

Outside of her professional work, Andrea is deeply committed to fitness, community involvement, and active aging. She teaches group fitness classes at the Oshkosh Community YMCA, specializes in exercise for active older adults, and frequently speaks to support groups and local organizations. Known throughout her career for her energy, positivity, and team spirit, Andrea has received multiple workplace awards for her enthusiasm and leadership. Whether she is networking, teaching fitness, or supporting long-term care communities, she brings compassion, encouragement, and a strong sense of purpose to everything she does.
