About Andria
I'm the Chief Administrative Officer at Truity Credit Union, a role I stepped into in February 2025. My focus is on culture, people operations, organizational development, facilities services, project management, process improvement, and executive operations. I've been with Truity for 19 years now—starting as Human Resources Manager in 2007 and growing through roles as Assistant Vice President of HR, Vice President of HR, Vice President of People Development, and Senior Vice President of People Development before stepping into my current position.
Throughout my time at Truity, I've served as a member of the senior team, providing strategic input into the organization's direction and mission. I've facilitated high-performance project teams, mentored project leads and sponsors, and provided direct oversight for the cultural development team. One of my proudest accomplishments was creating the Talent Development Program, which leads employees through a career development journey to explore their personal and professional growth while serving our members.
I'm a certified Global Career Development Facilitator and a Certified Behavioral Consultant in DISC, which allows people to connect and communicate on a deeper level by understanding one another's behavioral differences. My favorite activities include developing emerging leadership talent and watching staff flourish in their careers.
Before joining Truity, I served as Campaign & Marketing Director at the Bartlesville Regional United Way, Executive Director for Washington County at the American Red Cross, and spent over a decade as Director of Human Resources for the City of Bartlesville.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Business Administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
Across my entire career—whether in credit unions, nonprofits, or city government—my work has always been about the same thing: developing people, strengthening culture, and helping organizations grow from the inside out.
