Her Interview
Ten minutes with Andria
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to continuing to work hard, reevaluating at sales meetings, understanding and fixing mistakes, and pushing things along even if it means working extra hours beyond a 9-to-5 day. It's about taking responsibility so that if something doesn't get done, you make sure it does.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice is to take baby steps because it takes steps to get where you want to be and everything you learn along the way builds a Rolodex for the future. Also, treat the business as if it were your own, make good decisions, be good to people like clients, coworkers, and employees, and treat others as you want to be treated.
