About Andriana
Andriana Jallouk serves as HR Manager at a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping seniors remain in their homes. She began her career in human resources in 2021 as an HR assistant at the same organization while completing her education, later gaining experience with an entrepreneur before returning to advance into her current management role. Jallouk earned an associate's degree in graphic design and a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Indian River State College, along with certifications as a business specialist and in operations and HR management. She is the youngest board member of the HR and Business Leaders Council of Florida, where she contributes to initiatives such as the Best Places to Work program, and she maintains membership in the national SHRM organization. In addition to her professional responsibilities, which include recruitment, payroll processing, benefits administration, volunteer coordination, and digitizing personnel records, Jallouk volunteers by supporting a startup nonprofit that empowers veterans through website development, business cards, and social media management.
